1. Introduction

Welcome to baawin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baawin ("baawin", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the baawin website located at baawin.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the baawin platform, or placing any wager through baawin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To create a baawin account and use the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. baawin strictly enforces the Philippine minimum gambling age of 21 years. Persons under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, accessing, or wagering on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (individual). Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register player accounts on baawin.

2.1 Registration Process

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on baawin. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date at all times.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

baawin conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. baawin may, at its sole discretion, require players to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Rules

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your baawin account. baawin will treat all instructions, wagers, and transactions initiated from your account as having been authorized by you.

• You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your baawin username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
• You must notify baawin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• baawin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has been negligent in protecting their login credentials.
• baawin reserves the right to impose session timeouts and automatic logouts for security purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on baawin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). baawin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, USDT, and Coins.ph. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status and applicable regulations.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on baawin is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your baawin balance within seconds for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• baawin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on baawin and may not be transferred to other players.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount on baawin is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply based on your account verification level and VIP tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• baawin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk thresholds.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements as described in the Bonuses section below.
• baawin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

baawin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions offered by baawin are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for baawin deposit bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• baawin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin credit, or promotional offer at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached these Terms or engaged in bonus abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements may forfeit the remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings.
• baawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

baawin provides access to a library of online casino games including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing games, and other game types. All games are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified random number generation systems or real live dealer equipment, as applicable.

• Game outcomes on baawin are determined by the respective game provider's certified systems. baawin does not intervene in or modify game results.
• baawin is not responsible for gaming malfunctions or interruptions caused by the game provider's software. In the event of a game malfunction during an active round, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• Players must use the baawin platform only for personal entertainment. Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• The transaction history and game round records maintained by baawin's systems shall be deemed authoritative in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes or wager amounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baawin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on baawin, including under alternate names or contact details;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing or facilitating access by underage persons;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any form of cheating software, exploit, vulnerability, or unauthorized automation tool;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any transaction that violates Philippine law or applicable international anti-money laundering regulations;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the baawin platform;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening baawin staff, support agents, or other players;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigurations to gain funds, credits, or advantages not intended by baawin.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the baawin platform — including but not limited to the baawin logo, brand name, website design, interface elements, text, graphics, game assets displayed through baawin's interface, and software — is the intellectual property of baawin or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the baawin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any baawin intellectual property without prior written consent from baawin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baawin's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the baawin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baawin expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Actions taken by players based on incorrect or incomplete information on the platform due to technical errors;
• Gaming losses resulting from a player's own decisions, whether or not influenced by any baawin promotional material.

10. Responsible Gaming

baawin takes its obligations in relation to responsible gaming seriously. All registered players on baawin must be 21 years of age or older. baawin provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your gaming budget;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been actively playing for a specified duration;
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds within a given period;

baawin may share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, financial crime units, or licensed KYC and payment verification providers as required by applicable law or as necessary to investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity. 12. Suspension & Termination

baawin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• A player's own request for account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13. Dispute Resolution

Your continued use of the baawin platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through baawin's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
